Use LML to convert it to SP.
That green button underneath the big blue main download button.

I don't play SP at all though, so I don't know how to make it SP myself, so I cannot, and will not offer support for that.

No. No I cannot.
I do not make ELS cars, nor ever intend on doing so as it is super limited and primitive compared to Non-ELS's compablities.

Along with what was said in my comment before to another user. I do not do Singleplayer, so I do not know how to make it into an addon DLC.
If you're also trying to make it ELS compatible, from my understanding you can just make a generic XML to just tell ELS to turn the lights on at Stage 3. Though I also do not know how to do that, I only know that you can do that.

i converted it into non els singleplayer and its so sexy oh mah gawd but i cant get the lights to work, probally since its supposed to be MP

the lights are in somewhere in extras 1-12

As Steven stated above, along with the list I put into the description, you have to toggle certain extra's to have the lights working.

Additionally, it requires SSLA to fully work.

yeah but when i press the siren button it only honks instead of turning on an siren, so i can only turn on the cruise lights. And sadly i cant install it with LML since its somehow incompatible with NVE

That is unfortunate.
As stated previously, I do not know SP at all, so I am unaware to how to properly set up a DLC for it to work.

If you wish though, and join my discord with the link provided in the download or in the description, I am sure there are people inside my Discord that would be able to help.

No sir. This could easily be integrated with ULC though.
All Extra's are listed in the description, and ULC offers a free configuration tool on their website.

Right, I've never had a problem setting up ULC, but when i try with your car, i cant get it to work properly 

Dude love the horn pattern on this thing, i would say that the park pattern could be just a tad bit faster but hey no complaints here other than that tiny one keep up the great work

Could you make the lightbar brake light a separate texture because I would love to convert this into B/B but Its not possible due to that.
