[ELS Hybrid][Addon] LSPD CVPI Rotator Pack 1.0.0

Hello peeps, After a little over a months work on this and the showcase, i am finally done.

This is a ELS NON-ELS hybrid CVPI pack based off of (but not meant to be 100% accurate too) NYPD

I might make more NYPD based cars in the future if this is popular.
The only ELS controlled parts of the cars is the traffic advisor on the back of the Patrol
and Highway Variant. Besides that all lights are NON-ELS

The NY Plate Pack used in the Unmarked screenshot is made by Tom3k.
 

THIS PACK REQUIRES THE 32 SIREN SETTING LIMIT ADJUSTER SCRIPT. WITHOUT IT SOME LIGHTS WONT WORK!!!

⛖ Question & Answer ⛖

Q. Is this pack ELS, and if not, can you convert it? A. This pack is a ELS, NON-ELS hybrid which requires use of both systems

Q. Will there be a FiveM version? A. Short answer, No. This pack can work in FiveM it just wont have a working traffic advisor

Q. The pack doesn't work? A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues

Q. Most of my lights are super screwed up but the T/A and some others? A. Make sure you have Siren Setting Limit Adjuster installed (can be found on LSPDFR) since this pack uses 32 sirens

Q. The traffic advisor wont work or stays on? A. Make sure your ELS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML

Q. What format will the files come in? A. These files will come as a DLC List and will be Addons.

Q. How do the High Risers work? A. The same way the in-game convertibles work. while stopped or at a low speed, Hold the H key on your keyboard. then the magic should happen

Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries like your last one? A. Maybe if people want it but I'm not planning on it.

HOW TO INSTALL!!
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "NYPD CVPI" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/NYPD CVPI/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

 

HOW TO MAKE ADDON CARS SPAWN AMBIENTLY!!!
There are many tutorials if i am not in depth enough but.
Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V - lspdfr - data
Then make a backup of agency.xml (just incase)
Open agency.xml and when it hits loadout and vehicles like below

                <Vehicle>police</Vehicle>
                <Vehicle>police2</Vehicle>
                <Vehicle>police3</Vehicle>
            </Vehicles>

Edit the vehicle list to the spawnname of the CVPI you want in its place.
I'd recommend making all city units ny11cvpi or ny11cvpi and nyun11cvpi. And make
All state units nyhway11cvpi.
