================================== HOW TO INSTALL ==================================

open "OpenIV" & find & open your "pedprops.img" file(pc/models/cdimages) Click "Edit mode".

Then at the top find the "Edit" tab & down the list & find "Add"(or just hit your Insert key on your keyboard) then go to the helmet files "m_y_cop_p.wdd & m_y_cop_p.wtd & import/add them to the archive.

Now go to the "File" tab & "Rebuild"(or Shift+Ctrl+R) close "OpenIV"

done

you can also rename to the files to whatever you want & place them over other peds

also feel free to edit model or textures if you want to be sure to provide proper credits if released.
