[ELS] Grapeseed Police Department Mini-Pack

Information:
Happy September all! I thought I'd drop by and release a little pack. Using the logo based of Taylor Mill Township in Kentucky, these three vehicles (12 units) are in charge of patrol the small main street and rural heartlands of the Grapeseed Township in Blaine County.
This mini-pack contains the following vehicles and their spawn names:
GPD1 - 2011 CVPI
GPD2 - 2011 Expedition
GPD3 - 2014 FPIU
These spawn names can also be found in the ReadMe. You can spawn these using a simple trainer in-game.

Each vehicle has 4 liveries, changeable in using a trainer.
- All units have 4 liveries
- Cool looking lightbars
- The lighting colours and design cannot be changed as it would upset the way the lighting is set up.
