Blane County Police Department [old Westmont IL, based liveries) 1.1

Hello! 

This pack is loosely based on old liveries from the Westmont IL, Police Department that were utilized until the early 2010s.
I created these textures for specific uses based on my LSPDFR gameplay. If you want to use these but need a specific texture/subdivision or a different vehicle base, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

2 - Supervisor x2 (16; FPIS, 2020 FPIU)
3 - CVPI has three different textures to choose from:
    Normal
    Weathered
    Rusted
4 - Option to have unit numbers or not
