This is a Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) reskin of BritishGamer88's 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 

 

Easy to install just open the .ytd of the original vehicle and replace car_sign_1 with the file in the download 

 

Skin isn't 100% accurate but is the best I can get with my limited knowledge of skinning and texturing, Hope all my fellow Irish folk using this get much joy out of it 🙂
