This is my first ever livery! Its for KIKI66666's 2013 Honolulu Police FPIU.
Instructions are in the file and it comes with 4 skin options. (All four not included in screenshots)

Not any know bugs currently, any vehicle model problems can go to KIKI66666 and any Skin problems can come to me 🙂
