They were a great help! Don't suppose you could do this for Vespucci Beach as well? I'm not sure where a good spot would be, but it'd be nice when I do beach patrols.

After hours of looking, I believe/hope I have found It lmao. Here's the path:    Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64p.rpf\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_03\ch3_04.rpf

The files you need are:      ch3_04_p_lod.ytd  and  ch3_04_p_lod+hi.ytd

Interestingly this facility is considered a prison to the game, so if you go poking around like I did you may see some files associated with Bolingbroke Penitentiary in there as well. They are identified by having "cityhills" or "county" in the thread and/or name. ch=cityhills

I hope this helps or at least leads you to the right place if I am wrong lol! If you figure out how to change the sign, please let me know!
