Grapseed Police Department 1.0.2

Grapeseed police texture, nothing too crazy but gives you that sleek small town feel. I personally recommend running this with all blue ELS.

Note: These packs comes with red/blue ELS. To get all blue, you'll need to extract the ELS textures and edit them via paint.net, gimp or any similar software; you must then edit the VCF accordingly. If enough people request all blue, I'll include it in an update.
