using items from EUP 9.5 I retextured some of the items to look similar to the Chicago Police Department.

 

The file includes a long sleeve and short sleeve shirt texture along with a vest and baseball cap texture.

 

Please let me know of any issues 🙂

 

Install path for shirts: GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rp f> x64 > eup_components.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_importexport_01

install path for vest: GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_components.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_january2016

install path for hat: GTAV > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > eup > dlc.rpf > x64 > eup_components_p.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_vinewood

 

just place the PNGs into the ytd file with the same name as the PNGs in the download 🙂

No. You will have to edit specific files in order to get ultimatebackup peds to spawn with these options.

there is already a mod made for eup that allows peds to respond in eup outfits
