this mod was made to replace the default texture of earpiece 1 included in HANAKO EUP VEST & EARPIECE
 
INSTALLATION PATH IS IN READ ME FOLDER
 

using items from EUP 9.5 I retextured some of the items to look similar to the Chicago Police Department.
 
The file includes a long sleeve and short sleeve shirt texture along with a vest and baseball cap texture.
