Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack: The Windy City Addon - a global DLC for GTA V which replace most of emergency services and taxis on analagoues based on ones from Acadia City (Lore-Friendly name of Chicago), from the 90's. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Ford LTD Crown Victoria, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria. You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Acadia, home to some of the tallest skyscrapers West of Liberty City, the best Deep Dish Pizza outside of Carcer City, America's most brutal winters, and last but definitely not least, the worst crime rate East of Los Santos. The APD in the 90s definitely had their hands full all over the city. Whether it was some poor mope getting popped on the South Side or a suspicious individual in a jalopy underneath the L-Train in Downtown, the ladies and gents in the checkered hats never took any chances.

Pack includes:
1. DLC archive with vehicles and peds
2. Set of Lincoln (Lore-Friendly name of Illinois state) license plates
3. Optional dispatch.meta sets, for different time eras (1990-1992, 1993-1997, 1998-2000).

=========================================== ATTENTION ===========================================
gameconfig.xml is NOT presented in the pack anymore, because it's reason of fast outdating of the mod, so users have to search and install it by yourself. For now, i recommend to use F7YO's gameconfig. Or some of ( (https://gta5-mods.com/search/gameconfig) If you got problems - try this (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster) and this (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster) limit adjuster mods.

awesome got it working so fare is there a way i can make them spawn in the game or replace the cops cars etc as i can spawn them in

but i still have vanilla cars as back up cars and cars patrolling are all vanilla sorry to ask but so fare works and cool

Thanks man! First of all - check out wanted lvl, they should appear with additional cops if you installed mod correctly and my dispatch.meta works. Second - in lspdfr 0.3.1 was file backup.xml . In 0.4.9 i bet exist it's analogue. You should replace vanilla cars there on analogues from mod. all simple - every police vehicle is named like policewcX where X is some number.

I will ask someone to do this configs and release separately, but it will take some time.

OMG i Figured it out and it didn't take me half a decade 😄 for real some basic stuff has taken me like 5 years to figure out i get it wow

i was messing with load out for guns so that helped a lot i can now do this with other retro packs and your packs before like i never new

how to do this every one probably thought i was lazy i just didnt know how lol well take thanks ill see if i can maybe make one for it and upload it no one els does i never

dont that before thoe but i get it

Well, i'm not installed some LSPDFR except the 0.3.1, so I'm sort of lazy guy too. Anyway i requested configs by one guy, he considers to do it

When i started using this, only the left side of the lightbar was flashing. What I am going to when I redownload it again is to find out which dlc pack of mine is conflicting with this one. I thought it was the LSSD Pack from 5mods. Guess I'll take out all the dlc packs' names from dlctext or whatever it's called. Load the game with just this pack, and go from there to find the culprit.

Well, you can try to go another way. Open carcols.meta of Unmarkeds mod, change the only ID of siren, than open carvariations.meta of my mods and replace value to new one (Use notepad++ autoreplace feature to do it in couple of clicks for all cars). Repeat until you will have success.
