This is a fictional Liberty County Sheriff Department texture pack I have created to fit CJ24 models. It is not meant to mimic or represent any real life police/sheriff department. Templates included in the file along with links to recommended models. These textures have been made entirely by me!

I have made textures for the CVPI, 2012 Charger, Tahoe, Impala and Ford Police Interceptor. Each vehicle has four textures, 2 are black and white, another is all-white and the other is all-black.

These textures are partially inspired by Vancouver Police Department designs.

I do intend to make a few changes and fixes to the textures in a later version, but I would greatly appreciate feedback and suggestions so that I may improve the textures further.

Any other information you should need is located in the README text document in this file!

Hello!

I've made a texture for the new Vancouver Police Department 2013 Dodge Chargers. These are the vehicles that will eventually replace all of the VPD's Crown Victoria's. Please enjoy this texture as much as I did making it!

This was made completely from scratch. The only thing I used to help make this was the 2013 Dodge Charger template from Tim98.

This download comes with a text file that explains how to use the skin. It explains installation and any other information.

As far as I'm aware, this is currently the only Vancouver Police Department Charger available for download on GTA IV.

This texture is exclusive to the LCPDFR website.

For those of you who need it, you can use Tim98's 2013 Dodge Charger. His file is not affiliated with this in any way. I just know that his model works with this skin. He did not take part in this skin. I highly recommend his model. His model is the one used for the demonstration video.

Hello!

Some of you may know about the Vancouver Police Department replacing all of their Crown Victorias with brand new Dodge Chargers. This is explained on their website and Facebook page. I have attempted to recreate the paint job for the new chargers (reference: https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/34694_10151460005931627_252980966_n.jpg )

Simple police skin I made. It's just the regular SWAT (Helicopter Pilot, actually) uniform with Vancouver Police Patches and Vancouver Police on the back of the vest. There will actually be a version 2 of this where the front isn't all messed up where it says POLICE. I am in the process of making more Vancouver Police Department skins, some based off of the default skins, some I will make 100% custom (Except for the model) AND I will be publishing a Vancouver Police Undercover Crown Vic that I edited, the author removed it awhile back. And, if I'm able, I'll be modifying the BC Ambulance that was discontinued and "republishing" that (If I'm able, without breaching guidelines)

WHY TO TRUST CRIMECHART?

As a dedicated LCPD:FR player, I decided to enhance CrimeChart to it's fullest potential, I had to take it to the next level. I spent 5 - 7 hours driving around all the areas on the GTA IV map, observing the crimes that took place there, testing out the call-outs, looking at intersections and highways for accidents/violations, and other stuff like that. I did that in hope that I could make sure CrimeChart V.3.0 was alot better, and more accurate than the V.2.0 version.

Where to do drug busts
Where to find the most gang activity


UPCOMING UPDATES/VERSIONS:

CrimeChart Mod: A mod which you can download INTO GTA IV with small icons instead of zones, which makes it easier to locate smaller petty crimes. Expect the CrimeChart Mod to be released mid-2014. It'll take a lot of work and support to get there!

CrimeChart V.3.5: Crime Highlights: Instead of one zone being all green, in the list of crimes, some crimes may have different density values, to make it easier to find out which ones you may for sure find in that area.

CrimeChart V.4.0: CrimeChart with icons instead of zones! This is more realistic in what you may find on a real-life Crime Map.

CrimeChart V.4.5: CrimeChart with zones AND icons, for extremely specific crime spotting. Released in late-2013.

CrimeChart Traffic Map: A view of the most dense traffic, with icons telling the locations where the most Motor Accidents occur. (Like a combination of CrimeChart V.4.0 and a Traffic Map)

I recently made a tahoe skin, Liberty City police, and now I want to put it into the game so I can use it. Could someone help me transfer it so people can download it?

I want to be able to use SparkIV to put it into my game. I'm pretty proud of the skin, but if it's all screwed up, mind you it's only my first one.

It would also be great if someone could explain/teach me how to transfer a vehicle skin into the game, or as a download, for the future. I intend on making similar skins as a "series" of downloads.
