 I don't think it is because as I recall the bump maps for the shirts is different in 8.3.

Just drop the folders into your EUP folder wirh openiv or check out my tutorial above how to install .

Finally! and updated Paleto EUP! One question. any idea where to edit for it to respond as backup? i know it replaces LSIA PD but where do i change its jurisdiction?

I use the airport police unfortunately... would you be able to make a version of this that replaces the bcso vintage?

Well the best thing to do is just drop the original back in when you want Airport and then drop Paleto in when you wanna do that.

I suppose lol. I'll look into which files to replace and figure out a way to make it streamline.

 I'm not sure if I included the source files in that ZIP but I could get them to you that way you can put em where you like.

 8.3 - 9.6 are the exact same files, I've got Patreon and I've tested it all the way to 9.6. As long as the clothing models don't change everything will fit.

And EUP 8.3 IS 9.3, it's complicated....lol

 Take the texture files that are included, go into OpenIV and find what you're looking for, and put them where you would like them. Then go into game and you'll have to setup your own wardrobe.
