When I saw the pic inthe gallery I was like oh god no but looking at it now it is quite cool.

What's the point of the statement? Like if youre drunk ride a cab or as Tunes said, if you drink and drive you're gonna be driving a cab for the rest of your life? lol

it means choose your ride.. if you're drunk you can ride in the back of a cab or a cop car

Basically what i was going for Either Get a Cab to take you home if your drunk, or Drive home drunk and get a free ride in a Police Car.
