I meann if you watched maybe 2 tutorials on how to install a dlc pack you wouldn't need a readme to guide you for every install...

you have confecting carcols, thats not the els
you'd need to go change the siren ID in the carcols meta and the carvariations meta

jesus christ man, no need to be so aggressive lol, anybody with a brain will research exactly what to do when adding an addon vehicle, so its expected that everybody knows to add something to the dlclist, theres nothing rude about not including that

I love the work!! Can we get one with a ram bar since its a trooper car!?

I notice that when I call for backup units that use this, they only respond with minimal lighting. I double checked the ELS xml and cannot for the life of me figure out why they're spawning that way.
