Set ELS flash delay to 20 for max realism

To install:

1. go to your GTA directory, and drag and drop the file called CHPD into

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

use file explorer for step 1, NOT OPEN IV

2. using openIV add

<Item>dlcpacks:/CHPD/</Item>

above </Paths>

in the dlclist.xml located at G:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\A\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

3. also make sure you install the ELS xmls, and this or it won't work properly!

4. Make sure to install this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster and make sure the .ini looks like this: packfile_list_size = 17000

as well as the gameconfig below:

Try closing all other programs while editing the archive, but it was kind of designed this way to keep the models from being changed into anything besides a non-lore Chapel Hill PD pack.

10/10 car pack, nothing could be better, one thing that makes this pack so good, is the hubcaps on the fpiu and fpis, they make the cars looks even better, love the pack. Did a awesome job!!

els XML siren section controls this. Simply copy and paste the sirens section from a car with a siren that you like.

Amazing pack! Only thing is that the sirens seem to be stuck on one mode, only for the vehicles that use the Integrity Lightbar. Any reason for that?

Great pack! if the amber directional bar could be deactivated on the two with the fs integrity lightbar and only r/b show to the rear this would be the only pack I would use. Tried my hand at the xml but I don't think this could be done? I have waited for this setup/light patter for ever now! great work!

Hey man nice cars, I’m in love with the 2018 unmarked FPIU, the only problem I’m having is that the small lights on the side, the mirror lights and the 2 small lights on the front bumper won’t light up, the glow (corona) is there although pretty weak but the light won’t turn on, how do I fix this?
