Hello! This is my first release on LCPDFR, and its a livery pack based off the Nampa Police Department for Ripples ELS Pack

After several requests for these to be added for the ELS Pack, I have redone the skins into a V2 ELS Version with the following vehicles.

If you use these in a video or whatever, please credit me!

    Your upload says 2.0.0 but the link for Ripple's pack is still version 1.4.0?

    This is my 2.0 version, I had another pack made for his NON ELS cars, but the skins didn't work on the ELS cars as well so I listed this as a V2.
