This is a !livery! for JackTheDevs ELS 2015 Pierce Velocity Ladder Truck. You can probably fit this on any 2015 Pierce Velocity Ladder Truck tbh... Anyways please read the read me file included in the winrar file for some additional information ;).

    Yes, If I'm not mistaken you hold down "H" and then move the ladder with your mouse. Keypad to extend and retract it.
