LSPD Black, White, Red & Blue Livery Pack 2.0.0

This is my *very first* vehicle skin pack, so please be kind in the comment section.

Usual things apply, please no re uploading or anything of that kind. 

Yea, yea, this does use the CHP vehicle pack and therefor has a CHP light pattern, however I think it stands out against other packs because of that.

This vehicle livery is *fictionally* based. I came up with the idea. The vehicle used is included on the download page, 
I suggest you use the replace version of the CHP pack, because of the fact that you dont want your State Patrol guys riding around in LSPD units.
