Well, I have.

To relieve the issue, I created this skin pack for all of LCPDFR to enjoy.

The tactical patrol team is very effective in the streets of Liberty City. Not only does the Department cover just the officers, It also covers all of the SWAT Division. Specially equipped SUV's with cutting edge ammunition and guns handle even the worst of street criminals.

The skin pack currently contains:

A Charger Patrol Skin

CVPI Supervisor and Patrol Skin

2008 Tahoe Narcotics Unit Skin

2008 Suburban Patrol and Combat-Takedown Unit Skins

2 TPT Agent skins, 1 Supervisor, 1 regular, both replacing NOOSE
