I wouldn't mind a link to the Explorer or the skin pack. Sick vest though, like that's really good looking.

The skin is from here https://www.facebook.com/groups/lspdfr.mods/ and then the explorer comes from https://discord.gg/vaWBK7QyC4 kristian the model is not related yet if typing ask him he might release it

just FYI, that explorer is included in the download for that skin. I mistakenly told Noliky it was a separate download 🙂 So everything in that screenshot is available to the public. Enjoy!

oops my bad.

Couple questions, how do you install the texture and the vest? There is nothing inside the files for the vest telling me where it gets downloaded too, same for textures so just curious.

The vest is one texture and then it would in open IV and replace it with the vest that you would like
