This file is just a texture with two templates from the EC 635 of the Swiss Air Force, one for the army,
the second for the Police. I had to do it on an EC 135 because I hadn't found any 635

Installation :

English 

It's an add-on, so firstly, install the original EC 135 from Collision CEGTA following his instruction, 
then open template folder from my file and go replace in OpenIV (follow access path lower). Just replace the 
ec_sign_1 and the ec_sign_2 in EC135.ytd. This is finish, launch your game and enjoy this helicopter.

C'est un add-on, alors installez d'abord l' EC 135 de Collision CEGTA en suivant ses instructions, à ce moment-là ouvrez le 
dossier template de mon fichier et remplacez dans OpenIV (chemin d'accès plus bas). Remplacez simplement le 
ec_sign_1 et le ec_sign_2 dans EC135.ytd. Et voilà c'est prêt, lancez votre jeu et essayez
cet hélicoptère.

Access path/ Chemin d'accès: 
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ec135\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf there open/ ici ouvrez > EC135.ytd and replace ec_sign_1 and ec_sign_2/
et remplacez ec_sign_1 et ec_sign_2
