Here's my version of the LAPD siren, not really sure the exact model name but I think it's more like a Federal Signal SS2000SM.

I took the files from a GTA San Andreas mod and then adjusted the pitch and the volume.

 

Tones:

  • Wail
  • Yelp
  • Airhorn

 

Priority tone is not included since LAPD doesn't use it.

Installation instructions are located in the README.txt file.

I may be wrong, but do the LAPD use Airhorns? I heard in California they don't constitute towards an emergency tone, similar to the phaser? (Still nice to have in this mod though)

They do. CA only doesn't permit it unless the vehicle has a secondary siren or a horn that doesn't interrupt the siren. Hence why LACoFD and LAFD use to run Two Tone horns.

    It is FiveM ready, so yes, it works for FiveM. Read the README.txt file for the installation process.

    I've tried installing it. Once I launch up my game my game crashes. The error is becuase of the Resident file.
