How do I install since this isn't the the normal file of a "RESIDENT.rpf"?

openiv>x64>audio>sfx>resident.rpf> find vehicles.awc, extract to oac, put the files in the folder and drag the vehicles.oac back into your resident folder, if that fails.... look on youtube, it's usually a minute long process to install any siren

Did that, and the game is still using my Code 3 siren. Looked on YouTube and only installs I saw was the same way you told me or dragging the resident.rpf which is simple but effective. Has any other user who downloaded this can help?

If you did that and the game is still using your old siren you obviously either didn't rename the files correctly so they would replace said old siren, or something else is going on. 

Heres a reference as to what they should be named:
SIREN_PA20A_WAIL - wail tone
SIREN_2 - yelp tone
POLICE_WARNING - phaser tone
AMBULANCE_WARNING - ambulance hi-lo tone

Why would you upload this and not have the other audios ready for use? I'm trying to import the non-boosted audios, however it says it has to be MONO, 16 bit. I checked if the audios were this, and some were 32, and all of them are MONO. After switching them to 16 bit, they still won't import with the same prompt it gave me before, even though the Regular boosted ones import perfectly fine.
