Hey!! This is my first ever texture that ive maid so there may be one or two issues. This is inspired by my hometown and modeled after these search results. Sorry if there is issues btw and its not fully accurate 😛.

 

KNOWN ISSUES: LICENCE PLATE'S ARE BUGGED, NOT SURE HOW TO FIX THEY SHOW AS NORTH YANKTON PLATES

TO DOWNLOAD:

 

1. Extract the .dds to your desktop

2. with openiv, go to GTA>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday22>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

3. In whatever vehicle slot you have put the FPIS in, open the .ytd file for that car in edit mode and search "sign"

4. Select the "tau_sign_1", click replace, than navigate to the dds file on your desktop and click open. 

5. Voila, click save and enjoy!
