Features

These configurations will allow you to move to the new version of San Andreas as a first responder when using the Policing Redefined plugin. A multitude of jurisdictions, units and uniform presets that are as close as possible to the appearance of a California agency are waiting for you. Boring, repetitive basic PEDs or incorrect jurisdictions will no longer be a problem!

 

Two versions are available. The decision you choose is yours!

  1. lore addon vehicles - already configured add-on vehicles ready to play. Of course, everything is lore friendly. REQUIRES installation of additional add-ons!

  2. default vehicles - set basic vehicles for each unit. It does not require installing any additional add-ons. It is recommended to configure your own configuration to suit your needs. If you don't know how to do it, you can find a configuration editing guide on my Discord Server.

Requirements

EUP Ultimate Backup Configurations require EUP 9.10 (9.7, 9.8, 9.9).

You can only get these versions on EUP's Patreon.

The list of required scripts and add-ons can be found in the Requirements.txt file in the zip archive.

Drag and drop files into: plugins\LSPDFR\Policing Redefined/Backup

**IMPORTANT** - Loading Screen Crashes

For those of you who have followed the included readme to the latter. Please be informed, the following DLCs crashed my game (unsure why):

 

JMsahp
bravolguard
bravolguardgen

I had to remove these DLCs from the game completely.

 

It was crashing my game in the loading screen. If anyone has any idea why, I'd welcome your solutions!

    i diddnt have issues with those 3 i just did a install of all the EUP UB 9.6 lore addons. did you do the DLC list correct ?

    Yes sir, triple checked, only seems to be those 3 mods for some reason or another... running EUP 9.7

    im running EUP 9.6 cause 9.7 was just a buggy mess

    Interesting, buggy how? I haven't seen any bugs with it thus far unless 9.7 is the reason those 3 DLCs won't work for me! xD Welcome to the world of GTA V modding I guess haha!

    alot of backup was spawning with buggy clothes and other stuff

    I haven't seen this before, but I'll check it out. Maybe it's no longer compatible with the latest version of the game

    Appreciate that. I did see the Mission Row Precinct had errors (incorrect clothing, missing legs etc) but I'm unsure if this is relating to your backup configuration or something else. Just thought I'd mention it anyway to see if anyone else is experiencing the same. It does only appear to be MR Precinct though; everything else does appear to be working flawlessly... except with the aforementioned mods!

    Great job, truly appreciated. I feel like sometimes people don't get appreciated enough for the dedication, time and effort that is put into things like this!

    So the UB configurations are not responsible for peds at police stations and default LSPDFR backup. This requires the installation of EUPFR configs.

    I wish there was a complete OIV version of this complete with the vehicle packs and just a one click install in openIV. I had to revert back to the older EUPFR UE because this 9.7 version crashes and I have installed everything 3 times with the patreon 9.7 eup. It just does not work, must be an issue with some of those car packs. The older 8.3 EUPFR UE here on lspdfr works fine for me though with all of its addon cars, I wish it worked with 9.7 but for now /i just have to use it instead.

    I'm not responsible for vehicles so it's not my priority. Everyone can customize the vehicles by editing the configurations. I have already received information that there are some problems with some vehicle packages. I'll look into it and replace those that need it if necessary.

    For anyone having issues, make sure that the custom game config actually installed with open IV because that turned out to fix the crashing issues

    Hi! Any idea why my SWAT backup has no helmets, just googles? Everything else is working fine its just this one issue. I am using eup 9.7

    Hey one of these packs is causing crashes on the latest GTA patch

    I just figured it out that this pack "The Blaine County Sheriff Pack (Ventura) 2.0.0" causes crashing for me. After deleting it all the other car packs work fine.
