Not that bright if you ask me

i suggest you use it with Increased Environmental Lighting and put Post FX & shader to Very High Or Ultra

if you use a graphics mod use the file you currently have if you don't use one redownload  and select the bottom option as it has a non graphics mod version 

I love this, however it makes taxis look like mini suns, anyway to combat this?

you need to install  these to fix the bus taxi and train lights

do i use openIV to install it? i know it says to go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data but i cant get it to work.

yes you use Open IV  now if you add a graphics overhaul after installing this file you will need to readd the file again afterwards

The white lights on the lightbar are way too bright any fix for this??
