Brief Description
This pack is compatible with Custom Environmental Lighting
NYSP has updated their lightbars to Liberty II about 2 years ago..? I have not yet seen a pack with their updated and detailed equipment/lights that they use. NYSP is no surprise as many have downloaded other packs before. This pack offers 5 vehicles that NYSP fleet mainly use in this timeframe including CITE vehicles and slicktops. So go check out the other NYSP files other devs have already made. So enjoy as I put hard work into this so enjoy! Please read all the readmes/TOS.

Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "nystatepack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/nystatepack/</Item> then click save
6. Drag ALL the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
7. Download this file to receive the realistic environmental lighting.

Tips:
Use simple trainer to spawn in the vehicles.
Use simple trainer to change the livery of the Charger and Taurus
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace and copy each .meta (vehicles, handling, carvariations, and carcols) in the replacement metas
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer.
Download Custom Environmental lighting!!
Use the VCF's I provided. They provide the best realistic lighting NYSP use.
Each car has it own reflective livery, pretty cool right?

Q: My game keeps crashing after installing this pack.

Q: Will I add in a vehicle into this pack in the future?
A: What you see is what you get basically. I am not adding the unique cars, old cars out of service, cars with liberty 1, etc. No changes will be made as it will become unrealistic.

Q: Why aren't my lights bright?
A: Google RadianceV.

Q: The ELS lights are not working.

A. Make sure the ELS.xml files are in your ELS folder and names the exact same as the model.

Q: The lights do not reflective off of walls.
A: This pack is only compatible with Custom Environmental Lighting by LT Dan. If you use your own VCF it will look bad.

Q: Will you make this Non-ELS?

A: Non-ELS verison of this pack will be sold in the discord.

Q: Can I use on FIVE-M?
A: This pack was made for Single player use. I can not promise it will work with FiveM. Provide credit where due.

Q: What visual mods do I use?

A: Visual V, no reshade.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: No not right now.

Q: Are you making any more models?
A: Join my discord, I have more models for purchase on there.

Instead of commenting out of frustration, read the description. This pack works perfectly fine. You're obviously doing something wrong

great pack, is it possible to add the ALPR's to taurus as an extra as well? I am aware NYS trooper's taurus dont have those(i havent seen one yet), if u could make as an extra would be awesome! Also unmarked tahoe could be worked on just a little bit with pushbar as an extra as well! Not complaining, just a suggestion!

Won’t make any cars that they don’t use anymore or cars that have the Liberty 1 since this pack focuses on their main fleet, those cars were also already made

I doubt Torz will remove the lightbar from certain vehicles, he's created these with the intent of them being as accurate as possible so if a vehicle doesn't have a slicktop counterpart IRL, I doubt he will make one.

The meta files will be inside the add-on dlc pack, you'll need to pull them out of there and place them on your desktop so you can copy the necessary lines across to replace the slots you're putting the vehicles into.
