Hello everyone, i have decided to finally upload this pack on here. This pack includes marked and unmarked skins with custom plates. 
Vehicles used is Trooper Keaton's Illinois State Pack so enjoy it! 

Most vehicles used minus Caprice, Impala, and i believe a few others.
