This file is based off of a real life police department in Chandler, Arizona. This is the first mod I have ever made so any feedback would be amazing! This does not say chandler police on it, I made it say Los Santos Police Department, if you guys would like to see a livery that says Chandler Police Department feel free to leave a comment and I can upload one of those too!
How to Install:
1. Open up "Open IV" and navigate to Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday20ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5 and find the vehicle you would like to change the livery off.
2. Find the .ytd version of the vehicle, and open it with edit mode.
3. Take my three liveries out of the .zip and put them at an easily accessible place like your desktop.
4. Once in the .ytd editor, at the top in the search bar type "sign" and find the (carname)_sign_1. Now click on it and click replace in the bottom right. Once your file explorer pops up select the (carname)_sign_1 file I have made, and click ok. Now that one is replaced.
5. (OPTIONAL) To add the additional textures click import in the top left of the .ytd editor. Now find where you put all three of my files, and select (carname)_sign_2 and click ok. When prompted change Automatic to DXT1. Repeat for third livery.
