Since Rockstar Games added a tactical reload animation for pistols, but not for rifles (along with the same cocking animation used in the latter reloads). I decided to simulate one bullet in the chamber for mag-fed weapons by editing "ClipSize" in the weapons.meta and weaponcomponents.meta. For example, the Carbine Rifle and the Assault Rifle hold 31 rounds of ammunition instead of 30.
