[ELS] 2019 Dodge Charger Mirror Park (B&B) 1.0.0

Whats going on everybody, Iam back again but this time with a vehicle model ive been working on for abit in my spare time, Figured why not give this whole vehicle dev a shot.. I bring you a 2019 Dodge Charger mirror park police department, Bare with me as this is my FIRST ever vehicle i have EVER done so things wont be perfect as iam still learning, so take it easy on me with the things not being 100% accurate!! I hope some of you do enjoy this model, it will be updated in the furture as iam working on other projects to get my learning up to par.. Anyways credits are in the README if i left anyone out just dm me and let me know.. again this is my FIRST vehicle!! ENJOY, Also this mirror park texture isnt released yet, So dont go leaking my Skin!! Also to change the light pattern just use the ELS control panel by pressing Left CTRL + P to bring up the consle, then change it from there, Also when u Blair the airhorn they go steady burn (nice lil feature)

Bugs: Base of the laptop goes into your thigh, it will be updated.. Better then the mini laptop i started off with LOL

          For some reason i cant get 4k textures to work on this model as it crashes my game.. Might be on my end, but works fine with 2k textures
