The download works fine but then if I try to extract with WinRAR, it says the file is corrupted and I cannot use it. Please fix this as I live in Chicago and would like to use this!

I recommend for you to use OpenIV instead of SparkIV. As for the handling line, you can search for Sgt Kanyo's Handling Lines and hope they have one for the models you are using. I personally do not use handling lines.
