ABOUT:
These vehicle is used by Victoria Police largely in regional and rural areas. The Divisional (divvy) van is a rural variant of the more common single cab divvy van found widely across Victoria. The rural divvy van is based on a crew cab chassis, and there are only 40 in service across the state at the moment.

NOTES:
1. These models make use of vehicle modkits to add 3 new bullbars, 1 new bonnet and one snorkel to the vehicle.
Once you install everything correctly, spawn the vehicle in game, use a trainer mod to navigate to vehicle mods, and cycle through front bumpers, bonnet, or right wing.

2. These models both use Aussie Flash Patterns 1.5 or later. This is only used for the environmental lighting, so ELS is still essential. Aussie Flash Patterns is not a requirement for these vehicles to work, but it greatly improves the visual effects of the emergency lights.

3. These models are installed in new vehicle slots. If your game crashes during the loading screen download a modified gameconfig.xml file to fix the issue.

4. For this model to tie in to LSPDFR, you need to modify 'agency.xml', located under LSPDFR>data.
Paste the following line in the patrol unit section for whichever department you want this car to be assigned to. (LSPD will make it spawn in the city, LSSD will make it spawn in the county).
                <Vehicle>colorado</Vehicle>
Likewise, for the Divvy van, paste this line into the departments you would like it to spawn as. (It works great as prisoner transport)

The user of this vehicle has permission to edit the liveries on this vehicle or create their own with the provided template.
IF the user modifies my liveries, they do not have permission to re-upload it to any website, if they make their own they have permission to, although they cannot upload the vehicle with it.
The user does not have permission to use this vehicle in any sort of GTA Online, or similar, without permission.
If any user wishes to create a public vehicle pack with this vehicle, they must ask permission from me, Macgregor, prior to using it.
NOBODY has permission to use unlocking or ripping software to gain access to the model for dev use. If you wish to use anything seen in this model you must contact me.
