City of Newark (Delaware) 1.0

(3 reviews)

4 Screenshots

Moving right along. I recently switched to Painshop Pro X5 as it was cheap and the demo was far easier for me to work in than GIMP was.

Anyway, This is actually two skins of the City of Newark, De. cruisers. They have started adopting a new scheme on their patrol cars, however, both are currently in service. The files are labeled accordingly (new & old).

I am ok with anyone editing or using this in packs as long as you credit me appropriately. I would like this to remain exclusive to LCPD:FR for file transfer though.

If you have any questions or comments post them below or contact me through PM.

Thank you and ENJOY!!!

Thanks to NickieB for the CVPI that this is used on in the photos.

I was using GIMP because it was free but I had a hard time with some things. It's just not as intuitive as I would like it to be, others may get on nicely with it. I tried a demo of Paintshop Pro X5 Ultimate and found it at my local Best Buy on sale for $39.99. So far it's far better for me.
