I think I speak for the others when I say maybe a description of what the mod is, what it does, how to use it. Something along those lines? The readme has copyright information, and this page has almost nothing... Very few people are going to download something and try to figure it out on their own when they know nothing about it.

I know what it does, and I won't download it. You have ZERO description as to WHAT it does. You took a picture of it. For all we know its a little .exe that just highlights an area with a police symbol and does nothing at all involving GTA other than the map. Theres no instructions, theres nothing on how it works or if it even involves GTA4 to be running, as its a simple little .exe.

its not that they don't know what a dispatcher dose but what the program itself does......there are a lot of different dispatching systems in the world and all of them work and are flat out different
