Hey!
With this model it's very easy, all you have to do is download Alexguirre's Vehicle Gadgets+ plugin from Github. It allows you to add VCFs like for ELS for each compatible vehicle into the VehicleGadgets folder and then load the plugin in game through the RagePluginHook console (or just set it to load all plugins on startup).

You can control the stabilisers/outriggers with "O" and control the ladder with your numpad keys (4, 6, 8, 2 as well as 9, 3 for extending the boom and 7, 1 for tilting the bucket).
