City of Milford PD (Delaware) 1.0

Here is my second go at a different PD in Delaware. I think I am getting a little better at this, although, GIMP is still giving me fits. Maybe time to try something else.

This one is sort of a special request for someone that didn't request it. However, I jumped at this one because it is very similar to my next release and quite a few bits will be interchangable. I was a litlle unhappy with the logo on the front fender and probably should spend some time with it (again I hate GIMP). I am pretty comfortable with the end results of this one, though. Hopefully, I will continue to progress.

I am ok with anyone editing or using this in packs as long as you credit me appropriately. I would like this to remain exclusive to LCPD:FR for file transfer though.
