Nevada Highway Patrol Silver Explorer Skin

I modeled this skin off of OfficerNorcal's Los Santos Police Department (Gardena Based) Pack 1.0.0, specifically the explorer in the pack. You can find that below.

I've included not only the skin but a carvariations.meta so you can get the same silver color I use in the screenshots above.

In the future, I may revisit this to upload a regular blue NHP skin for OfficerNorcal's Explorer or if someone creates a Explorer with a Westin Pit Bar Elite and Federal Signal Valor Lightbar, I'll make a texture for that.
