2013 Dodge Viper Los Santos County pursuit unit. Based heavily on the Viper from NFS Rivals.

NOTES:

If you are having issues entering or exiting the car change the layout in the vehicles.meta to:

<layout>LAYOUT_STANDARD</layout>

However, this should only happen if you are replacing an SUV.

Comes with an black wheels option if you dont like the alloys.
Windows can't break.
In some of the screenshots the tires might look strange, thats been fixed now.
Hotfeet on lightbar are not on in screenshots, they also now work and are static (can be changed in the els.xml).

Install:

-Place put files from "model files" into :

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday21ng (or latest patchday)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

-Put files from "ELS" into:

\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

Credits:

-Original model from EA / Ghost Games (Need for Speed Rivals) // Ripped by DMN (gamemodels.ru)

Obviously don't re-upload this anywhere.

Having problems with the rear bumper whenever I go on duty with LSPDFR - it turns red. It appears to use some of the 'lightsemis69' texture on the bumper over the actual skin itself. Only happens when I go on duty with LSPDFR, it's very strange. Is this issue just on my end?

I think thats an issue on your end sorry. It could be that you are running out of vram, try changing "Main.PreloadAllModels" to false in lspdfr.ini.

EDIT: Found the issue, will be updating soon.

Try changing the colour of the car to white a trainer, that should fix it.

i tried using simple trainer and when i exit the trainer it turns back to same skin

and i dont even use a trainer lol

yes and the only thing i changed is just the skin nothing else my metas and carvar's arent altered in anyway shape or form

so after testing 1.03 its fixed for the most part thank you

but from a distance same results blank white so again its great progress your on the money and im dying to use this for my patrol video

2nd pic is when i take three steps forward the texture reappears

I had a minor issue where sometimes the bumper would turn red, which I'm assuming may be the underlying model, or it could be on my end as I sometimes have texture loss issue. Just wanted to let you know. Nevermind that though, I loved the car. Thanks for much for this. I also included this vehicle in my dashcam positions presets

I used this car in a video that will be posted tomorrow. Ill share it here if thats OK with you?

In the "vehicles spawning" page go to "emergency" and spawn "police2"
