This is a fictional skin based on the real FHP (Florida Highway Patrol).
I actually put a Bit of Effort into this one since it's local to me.
This File does not contain any vehicle files, just a texture one.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE A FEW AREAS WHERE THE PAINT IS NOT RIGHT.
