Just a little texture edit I did of Officer Wade's NYPD Mini Pack to make it lore friendly.

I may tinker around with it a little more, but as of right now, I'm happy with it. Also, I didn't make an edit for the Fusion PRS because I didn't personally plan on using it. 

Known Bugs: 

- The license plate and ford logo on the back of the FPIU are covered by some white texture. I'm not yet sure what's causing the issue. 

I also heavily recommend using CoLT 55's  NYPD inspired EUP Pack with these vehicles.
