Better License Plates - San Andreas & California 1.11

love it, i personally use this brings more realism to the game as i converted mines to LA.

Does not work for me. The Expiration Sticker is there but still San Andreas. I've chosen the california one😞

Make sure you've downloaded the right option, the files in the archive definitely include the correct ones.

Yeah i've downloaded the right one. Also the correct one is installed in OpenIV but ingame its still San Andreas.

R* has updated the vehshare.ytd file in a recent patch. This mod has been updated to include this updates from that file and the changed path in the installation instructions. It is now installed to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf.

I can also highly recommend using LML, as it will no longer be necessary to worry about game patches changing file paths.

Has the manual install path change? My California Plates are not in my game after the Update of GTAV. I'm not using LML.

R* has updated the vehshare file again, the new path is \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday27ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf. I will update the file as soon as I have time to include the textures from that update. I can highly recommend using LML, as it makes installing much easier and you won't have issues with patches replacing files anymore.

Unless you use LML, you don't need this file. Simply follow the installation instructions in the readme.

still one of the best downloads for cali mod users

Was really hoping for a mod like this, you have no idea how much you just helped me.

Important tip:
If you have QuantV or maybe NVE, you have to copy the "vehicle_genericmud_car.dds" from the original vehshare.ytd to this new one, so raindrops can appear on the car.

doesn't work anymore im pretty sure, still have san andreas plates

Do you know if this currently works?

I was unable to get it to work with v.3504, manual install in both \patchday27ng and \patchday28ng

am i the only one not able to get this to work? placed it in patchday27 and nothing has changed

Could you possibly update this pack? It is great stuff!!!
