You can add it to any vehicle and have it say whatever you want as long as you change the texture. It can be placed in the rear window of SUV's on the roofs of Vans on the rear deck of cars, the list goes on.

I've just added it to a vanilla bus As a destination blind

How do you install it I dont know how to. There is no instructions. 

It's a dev part bud, you have to merge it with whatever model you're developing

With some editing and tweaking. I don't see why not. I can't do anything at the moment as my computer is dead and I've got more important things to pay for than a new PC at the minute.
