SuperCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR to add more callouts. Currently adds 36 new callouts!

With SuperCallouts I aim to add more unique callouts to LSPDFR with a uniform feel. I add both realistic and crazy new calls that will be played randomly. You are also able to disable and enable any features you choose. I recommend pairing this plugin with my other plugins DeadlyWeapons and SuperEvents to completely change how the game feels.

Changes:

  • Added support for Policing Redefined.
  • Removed tipped over dump truck and stolen cleaning supplies callouts.
  • Overhauled actions for most callouts when using PR.
  • Remade the vehicle fire callout.
  • Remade the fight callout.
  • Remade the dropped call callout.
  • Remade the angry animal callout.
  • All other callouts will slowly be remade with new interactions and better immersion in mind.
  • Fixed an issue where errors are logged when ending a callout with another tool such as Grammar Police.
  • PR is strongly recommended, but not required. STP/UB and Vanilla are still fully supported.
  • HOTFIX 4.0.0.1: Fixed the crash on launch due to typing fire instead of vehiclefire when setting up callouts. Im stupid. Thanks for the reports!
  • HOTFIX 4.0.0.2: Fixed an issue related to permits with the PR API.

I've done an immense amount of work with this, not worth putting in the change log. I plan a lot more work in the future for every existing and new callout. Join my Discord to help me test new versions.

  • N/A

Known Bugs:

  • If you get the vehicle failed to spawn issue, please report it to me as I want to ensure this bug is squashed forever.

You are using too many custom vehicles, skins, or peds. A fix is to lower your texture settings or get lower resolution add-ons. My plugin would not cause something like this.

I’m sorry for disturbing you. update.rpf was the cause.

I love this callout!!

Thank you!

Since spooky season is approaching here is a sneak peak of one of the new callouts! >:)

tCL53QO.png

I have 6 new callouts. I'm trying to hurry and make sure they're all perfect and i'll release tomorrow before I leave for a week.

Edit:

New callouts so far:

Officer under fire

Alien sighting

Suspicious Car

Vehicle fire (This will be made better when I can figure out how to make fire without explosions)

Someone open carrying.

This puts the plugin at 18 callouts so far. Not bad work for only starting a month ago.

Update 1.4

Added 5 new callouts, massive code cleanups. Small bugfixes.

UPDATE PUBLISHED, MAY TAKE UP TO A DAY TO BE APPROVED BY STAFF

  • Added "Alien Sighting" callout.
  • Added "Officer Under Fire" callout.
  • Added "Person Walking Around With Rifle" callout.
  • Added "Vehicle Fire" callout.
  • Added "Suspicious Car" callout.
  • Added a key to force end a callout. Default is 'END' key. Can change in the .ini file.
  • Made all callouts more uniform between each other.
  • Cleaned out unused code.
  • Added new method to spawn cars on side of road. (Credit to Albo for finding the actual coords.)
  • Made changes to the gang raid and mafia activity to fix random unremovable blips spawning all over the map after callout.

Known issues:

Even while using the right functions, I can't set the vehicle owner name the same as the ped.

Even while using the right functions, I can't add contraband to peds.

In the next update I will focus on more scripted callouts, and SWAT ones. Thank you guys for all the positive feedback, it makes me so happy!

Is it possible to make more units respond to the EMS escort? It'd be sick if on the EMS escort callout, you'd arrive on the scene of a car accident and you'll start escorting them with an AI police car in the back, and you can drive in the front clearing traffic for them with a route pointed out on your minimap to show you where you gotta escort the ambulance

left a comment here but it got lost. IDK if possible but i recommend a callout where an officer is shot and you have to escort him with ems to the hospital (including other police units). (small idea :P)

That's insane, I love it. I'll try something like that, but a lot less cars so we don't kill GTA haha.

You never responded with a log of your crash, and honestly I doubt my plugin was the cause of your crash. I wouldn't release it if I knew there were crashes in it. So if you get a crash with it, send me your RPH log and i'll tell you exactly what caused the crash, and if it was my plugin i'll get it fixed.

I'm not getting any of the new callouts (Except robbery ones) and im only getting pursuit and holdup ones. Got the two files in the lspdfr folder and the rage file in the main folder. No idea why. I only see two callouts loaded in LSPFR callout list. Pursuit and Holdup.

That's strange, sounds like my plugin didn't load at all. In your GTA main folder there is an lspdfr folder, they do not go in there. Look for the folder called "plugins" then inside there will be one called LSPDFR. They go inside that one.

That's the only thing I can think of.

Hmm, still no joy. I've whacked both files into the plugins folder (don't actually have a folder within that called LSPDFR, just the files themselves.

Still not getting the plugin to load. Am using the latest Ragehook, no other callout mods or anything. Visual V is the only other mod I'm using.

That's odd. Try creating the folders. Here is what mine looks like:

Spoiler

ICP2IPd.png

So inside GTA make a folder called "plugins" then inside that make one called "LSPDFR" and put the files inside that.

Xydonus

Huh. I'm stumped. Creating the LSPDFR folder causes the Rageplugin to not detect LSPDFR at all, removing it fixes the issue there, but the supercall plugin remains unloaded.

Wonder if it is an OS issue (I'm on Win7) but for time being I've ran out of ideas here. Appreciate the help though.

Xydonus

Fixed. Also I reorganized the folder structure to how you have it again.

I had to force window mode and force direct x 11 for it to detect the plugins. Then, loading in, if I was already on-duty I'd have to go off-duty and back on-duty for the plugins to load. It's all good now, everythings working!

I'm glad you got it working, but that seems like some crazy steps to take. Maybe someday try a fresh install of GTA and LSPDFR.

HOTFIX UPDATE

1.4.1

Fixed a major crash with the prisoner escaped transport callout. Sorry I missed that before. If you are on 1.4 already, you only need to replace SuperCallouts.dll

Sorry for multiple notifications in one day, but if you already have 1.4, you really need to use this version, or disable PrisonerTransport option in your .ini file.

Xydonus

Oh it was a fully fresh install of GTA and LSPDFR. Completely fresh install, full wipe of everything.

UPDATE PUBLISHED, MAY TAKE UP TO A DAY TO BE APPROVED BY STAFF

  • Added "Biker Gang Attacking Sheriffs" callout.
  • Added "Officer Impersonator" callout.
  • Added "Manhunt" callout.
  • Added 3 new random scenes to the "Suspicious Car" callout.
  • Added a more random scenes to some other callouts, you will have to see for yourself!

Pretty neat new callouts but I have a issue with the police impersonator it crashes the game when you take the callout out in blaine county paleto bay.  The fugitive callouts seem too original maybe have it not trigger it as a pursuit too soon unless being really close to the suspect or maybe create a dialogue to have them surrender peacefully in different housing property and the lostgang callout could use more shootout location like their HQ in Los Santos City. Perhaps different gang affiliation would also be nice to see in this callout as well.  Overall these new callouts has great potential.

Thanks for the suggestions, the manhunt one I agree completely, I have the search area blip spawn, and set him to just walk around the area until you get close then it triggers the pursuit. I'll find a better way to handle this callout in the future. As for the scripted events like the lost gang, it is scripted in every aspect so having multiple locations would be a pain. That's why I have been adding multiple swat callouts all around the map, so it's not likely i'll put it in a new location, but I may add more callouts similar to it in different places. For example I have the Mafia callout at the Diamond Casino, and I am making another version of it in Sandy Shores.

As for the police impersonator, do you have a crash log? I spent 2 hours testing that specific callout and didn't have issues. So I need help finding what the cause is.

What i'm going to do for future versions is get a group of people who want to help me test them. Both this version and the last had issues I missed so if anyone wants to help me test early versions before release please send me a PM.

have you tried the police impersonator at paleto bay? I checked the crash log it doesn't say much other than it saying I accepted the callout.  It works fine in the City tho
