Released

Changed color scheme. 

Repositioned decals. Resized.

Cleaned up textures.

 

I didn't intentionally base this texture off of  Pennsylvania State Trooper but certainly has similar characteristics. It was unintentional on my part.

But I'm okay with that since Pennsylvania State Trooper Vehicles are awesome anyway.
