Saw Swedish Mods upload this beautiful aircraft to GTA5-mods and couldn't resist texturing an NYPD skin for it as there isn't any air units that I know of.

Its a mod, its debatable if its legal or not because if you don't own GTA IV than its considered piracy or something, but if you own it you could download it. Not going to leave a link because of that simple reason.
