Muted/Dead Air files for vehicles folder 1.0.0

@Snakepit92 Does this type of thing work for Weapon files? I know this vehicles only but I just wondered if the same concept would work on weapons.

Basically when you install too many custom sirens and the folder gets too large, it just mutes all vehicle noises in game.

This makes that folder smaller by muting non essential sounds. This is better then deleting them because this way the game doesn't think files are missing.

So I installed this, but apparently it isnt enough. My file size is currently 16.592 kb, is there anything I can do?
