sooo when changing out the "emerglights_liberty2duo red blue.ddsis" that are in the extras folder the only lights that change are the reverse lights and the turn signal light? 

Yes bud that just changes the reverse and turn signal lights. There is another lighting texture to change the main lights

How do you use the dds files to make it unmarked or marked? No one cared to answer me earlier so.

Open the .ytd and replace the chevyss_sign_1 with the blank texture bud

nvm i figured it out. If also anyone can help since so far this chat has been very helpful to me what mod to i use to make emergency lights a lot brighter? Like the screenshots for this vehicles model, mine are brighter but they do not "pop" if that makes any sense, if you'd like i'll post a screenshot to show you.
